Ralph Pill Electric Supply, Boston, MA, joins NorthEast Electrical Distributors - Eagle Electric Supply, Canton, MA, a Sonepar USA company

Canton, MA ( July 2, 2007) - NorthEast Electrical Distributors/Eagle Electric Supply, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, has signed an agreement to acquire the Ralph Pill Electric Supply (RPESCO), headquartered in Boston, MA.

The Company was established in 1919 by Ralph Pill, a Lithuanian immigrant. His son, Alfred E. Pill has served as President for the last 50 years. RPESCO has 16 locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. RPESCO’s 2006 sales rank them as one of the largest independently-owned electrical distributors in New England and among the top 100 in the country. They have served the residential, commercial and industrial markets for 88 years with a superb reputation for outstanding service.

Ralph Pill Electric is a full-range electrical service provider, furnishing products from top-tier industry manufacturers. They are well known for their panel board shop, trade marked “Bee-Line Boards”, and their online lighting fixture fulfillment offering.
